Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 21, 2026

DUTELA LLC, doing business as Precision Aerial Diagnostics (“Precision Aerial Diagnostics,” “PAD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit precisionaerialdiagnostics.com, submit a form, schedule a call, communicate with us, or use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect contact and project information such as your name, company, role, email address, telephone number, property address, property type, number of structures, requested timing, site-access contact, project purpose, requested documentation, notes, and communication preferences. If you purchase a service, payment information is processed by our payment provider; PAD does not receive your full payment-card number.

We may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source, form and calendar activity, and cookie or attribution data.

2. How Information Is Collected

Information may be collected through website forms, calendars, telephone calls, email, SMS, website chat, AI-assisted conversations, cookies, analytics, attribution tools, and information you or an authorized representative provide to us.

3. Calls, AI, Recording, and Transcription

PAD may use an AI receptionist or AI chat assistant to answer general questions, collect inquiry details, summarize conversations, route matters, or offer a project qualification call. The assistant is not authorized to confirm final pricing, flight availability, regulatory approval, site safety, findings, or insurance outcomes. Calls or digital conversations may be recorded, transcribed, or summarized where permitted by law and when the applicable notice or consent has been provided.

4. How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate about requested services.
  • Qualify and route project requests, schedule qualification calls, and manage customer relationships.
  • Prepare, perform, and deliver authorized visual-documentation services.
  • Process payments, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and protect safety and security.
  • Send transactional confirmations, reminders, service updates, and requested follow-up.
  • Improve our website, services, communications, attribution, and customer experience.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, carrier, and aviation requirements.

5. SMS and Email Communications

If you provide optional consent to receive SMS messages, PAD may send inquiry acknowledgments, scheduling messages, reminders, and service-related updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We may continue to send non-marketing messages where legally permitted, such as responses you request or essential transaction notices. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link provided or by contacting us.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Attribution

PAD and its service providers use strictly necessary technologies for site operation, security, forms, cart, checkout, and services you request. With your permission, PAD may also use optional analytics and functional technologies, including Google Analytics and optional chat. Cloudflare performance measurement and separately hosted service-provider surfaces are described in our Cookie Notice.

HighLevel’s native banner records available choices for the PAD domain. HighLevel does not currently provide a persistent site control to reopen a saved selection; the Cookie Notice explains the available reset method and known limitations.

7. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, forms, calendars, CRM, communications, telephone services, AI tools, payment processing, cloud storage, analytics, attribution, and project delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.

8. Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, to meet legal and business obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You may also update communication preferences or withdraw consent for future optional communications. To submit a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity.
