Visual documentation only—no measurements, surveying, mapping, volumetrics, inspection findings, engineering conclusions, damage determinations, or project-management services.

STANDARD DELIVERY

The applicable deliverables from each completed visit are provided within 48 hours after completion of that visit’s fieldwork, unless a written custom scope states otherwise.

24-HOUR DELIVERY — $99 PER MONTH

Select the $848 monthly plan option to add recurring 24-Hour Delivery for $99 per billing month. The upgrade applies to both qualifying completed visits included in that billing month. Deliverables from each completed visit are provided within 24 consecutive elapsed hours after that visit’s legal and safe fieldwork is completed. The delivery clock begins separately after each visit. The upgrade changes post-fieldwork delivery timing only; it does not accelerate scheduling, weather clearance, airspace authorization, site access, safety review, or fieldwork. If Precision Aerial Diagnostics misses the qualifying 24-hour commitment for one or both visits during a billing month for reasons within its reasonable control, PAD will refund the applicable $99 monthly upgrade fee, not automatically the underlying plan charge. The upgrade recurs with the selected $848 plan price. To remove it without canceling the underlying plan, contact PAD before the next renewal so PAD can change future billing to the supported $749 price. Custom-scope work may use separately agreed delivery terms.

PROFESSIONALLY EDITED VIDEO INCLUDED FREE — $199 VALUE PER QUALIFYING VISIT

For each of the two qualifying completed visits in a monthly billing period, Precision Aerial Diagnostics automatically includes up to one complimentary professionally edited video when sufficient usable footage can be safely and legally captured. No request, checkbox, or separate selection is required. When sufficient usable footage is safely and legally captured, the professionally edited video will be at least 60 seconds long. There is no fixed maximum duration. Final length will be determined by the available footage, the property or project, and Precision Aerial Diagnostics’ reasonable editorial judgment. PAD will not pad a video merely to reach a duration. A shorter video or no video may result when safety, legal restrictions, operational feasibility, or insufficient usable footage prevents the target. Each visit is treated separately unless PAD and the customer agree otherwise. The maximum included promotional quantity is one qualifying video per completed visit and two during the billing month. The $0 promotional inclusion does not change the $749 or $848 recurring subscription price, has no cash-refund or transferable-credit value, and may be changed or withdrawn for future purchases as capacity changes. It does not include unlimited production scope, revisions, or labor.

DELIVERABLE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If the photographs or included edited video materially fail to match the written deliverables purchased, notify Precision Aerial Diagnostics within seven calendar days of delivery and explain the specific concern. We will review it promptly and, when the guarantee applies, provide a commercially reasonable correction, replacement imagery when a safe and legal reflight is feasible, or a refund of the amount paid for the affected service or paid add-on if we cannot reasonably correct or replace it.

WEATHER AND OPERATIONS

If weather prevents a scheduled documentation visit, it will ordinarily be rescheduled to the next mutually available date at no additional charge. Every visit remains subject to lawful access, airspace, safety, regulatory, property, scope, and operational review.

UNUSED VISITS

The Progress Plan provides recurring documentation during each monthly billing period. Unused visits do not roll over into future billing periods.

AFTER PURCHASE

Complete checkout, then schedule each included visit separately. PAD will evaluate each completed visit for qualifying usable footage and automatically apply the promotional video inclusion when the stated conditions are met; no video form or selection is required. To remove recurring 24-Hour Delivery without canceling the underlying plan, contact PAD before the next renewal so PAD can move future billing from the $848 price to the supported $749 price. Do not cancel the entire plan when only the delivery upgrade should be removed. Cancellation of the plan stops future recurring billing according to the governing policy; completed or already-performed visits are addressed under the refund and cancellation terms.
