The clock starts when PAD completes the scheduled on-site fieldwork after the flight has been legally and safely completed—not when the order is placed, payment is submitted, or the appointment is scheduled.

If PAD misses the 24-hour post-fieldwork commitment for reasons within its reasonable control, the applicable $99 upgrade fee is refunded. A properly completed underlying service is not automatically refunded.

For each qualifying purchased visit, PAD automatically includes one professionally edited video with licensed music and PAD branding when sufficient usable footage can be safely and legally captured. No form, request, checkbox, opt-in, or selection is required. The promotional value is $199. When sufficient footage exists, the target final duration is at least 60 seconds with no fixed maximum; exact runtime depends on the project, usable footage, and PAD’s reasonable editorial judgment. A shorter video or no video may result because of safety, legality, operational feasibility, or insufficient footage. The offer does not include unlimited footage, runtime, revisions, editing complexity, or labor, has no cash-refund or transferable-credit value, and may change for future purchases.

The guarantee covers material conformity with the written deliverables purchased. Notify PAD within seven calendar days of delivery. PAD will first provide a commercially reasonable correction or feasible replacement imagery; an appropriate refund for the affected paid service or paid add-on may apply when the qualifying issue cannot reasonably be corrected or replaced. Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for a refund of services not performed. Rescheduling is ordinarily offered when practical. No unapproved late-cancellation fee is stated. Weather ordinarily results in rescheduling; when PAD ultimately cannot complete an unperformed service safely, legally, or reasonably, PAD may issue the appropriate refund.

Cancel future recurring billing before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund completed visits. If neither monthly visit has occurred, PAD reviews the current payment for refund or rescheduling based on the circumstances. If one visit occurred, PAD may refund only the reasonable amount attributable to the unperformed visit. Scheduled but unperformed visits are canceled unless PAD and the customer agree otherwise. There is no minimum commitment and no automatic proration is promised.

No. PAD provides professional aerial visual documentation. It does not provide an inspection, measurements, engineering opinions, appraisals, damage or causation determinations, insurance coverage decisions, or a guarantee that imagery will reveal a particular condition.
