STANDARD DELIVERY

Add 24-Hour Delivery for $99 to receive the applicable deliverables within 24 hours after completion of fieldwork. If Precision Aerial Diagnostics misses this commitment for reasons within its reasonable control, the $99 upgrade fee will be refunded.

PROFESSIONALLY EDITED VIDEO INCLUDED FREE — $199 VALUE

For this qualifying purchased visit, Precision Aerial Diagnostics automatically includes one professionally edited video with licensed music and PAD branding when sufficient usable footage can be safely and legally captured. No request, checkbox, or selection is required. When sufficient usable footage exists, the target final duration is at least 60 seconds. There is no fixed maximum duration. Final length depends on the project, usable footage, and Precision Aerial Diagnostics’ reasonable editorial judgment. A shorter video or no video may result when safety, legality, operational feasibility, or insufficient usable footage prevents production. Exact runtime is not promised before footage review, and the offer does not include unlimited footage, runtime, revisions, editing complexity, or labor. The promotion may be modified or withdrawn for future purchases and has no cash-refund or transferable-credit value.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL STRUCTURE — $199

One additional structure on the same property or project site, up to approximately 5,000 square feet of roof footprint and within approximately five acres of the primary structure. Larger projects and projects involving three or more structures require a written custom scope, including delivery timing.

DELIVERABLE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If the photographs or included edited video materially fail to match the written deliverables purchased, notify Precision Aerial Diagnostics within seven calendar days of delivery and explain the specific concern. We will review it promptly and, when the guarantee applies, provide a commercially reasonable correction, replacement imagery when a safe and legal reflight is feasible, or a refund of the amount paid for the affected service or paid add-on if we cannot reasonably correct or replace it.

AFTER PURCHASE

Complete checkout, then choose an available service time. Precision Aerial Diagnostics reviews the property, lawful access, weather, airspace, safety, scope, and availability before confirming the flight.
